The President-emeritus of the Gainesville-based Georgia Poultry Federation was presented with a congressional memento last week, acknowledging his induction into the National Poultry Hall of Fame.
Joel Katz, Chief of Staff for Congressman Doug Collins, stopped by Federation headquarters and presented Abit Massey with a certificate recognizing Collins' statement which was placed in the Congressional Record.
