Jekyll Brewing, a Georgia-based brewery with several locations, including Gainesville, is ceasing all operations effective this Sunday.
The company's owner, Michael Lundmark, announced the closure in a recent comment on a post in a private Facebook group.
The brewery first opened its original taproom in Alpharetta in 2013 before expanding to locations in Woodstock, Jacksonville Beach, Florida and eventually the Gainesville location on Industrial Boulevard in 2023.
The closure will take effect on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 11.
