Basketball: Schedule for Friday

Several northeast Georgia area teams got their region schedules under way on Tuesday and more will do so on Friday

On Friday, girls games will begin at 7 p.m. with the boys to follow at roughly 8:30 p.m., unless otherwise noted.

The week will conclude with the always-entertining Buford Showcase at The Buford Arena on Saturday as well as Lakeview Academy taking part in the Georgia/South Carolina Challenge in Andersson, S.C.

Buford Showcase at The Buford Arena
East Jackson at West Hall, 5 p.m.
Flowery Branch at Dawson County, 4 p.m.
Lakeview Academy boys vs. Pendleton HS at Georgia/South Carolina Challenge (Anderson, S.C.)
