A Mattie's Call has been issued by Gwinnett County Police for an 84-year-old man who was last seen on foot in the Snellville area.
According to the release, Andrew Preston Carter was last seen around 4:00 p.m. Saturday walking near Lochraven Court just off of Parkwood Road. He is described as a 6-foot, 185-pound black man with brown eyes and gray hair and was reportedly last seen wearing a purple shirt, light blue pants and a tan straw hat.
Police say Carter has dementia and cancer. Anyone with information on his location is asked to call Gwinnett County Police at 770-513-5700.
