The Georgia State Patrol says a woman was killed and two people were injured in a crash on Highway 365 in northern Hall County Saturday.

Patrol Corporal Josh Hedden says 78-year-old Laura Bond of Gainesville was driving a 2003 Honda Accord leaving Jaemor Farms just after noon Saturday and trying to turn left onto 365 Southbound. He said when she pulled into the road, she was struck by a northbound car being driven by 63-year-old Jo Ann Rigdon.

After the two collided, Hedden said Bond's car went off the road while Rigdon's came to rest in a northbound lane of the highway.

Bond died of her injuries. Her passenger, 82-year-old Henry Bond, suffered serious injuries in the crash with Rigdon suffering minor injuries.

Hedden said no charges are being filed in the wreck.
