A 68-year-old man is dead from a workplace accident Friday morning at a Hall County concrete plant.
Jake Sanders of Flowery Branch got caught between a front end loader and a dump truck just before 8 a.m. at Candler Concrete Products on Candler Road, according to Deputy Stephen Wilbanks, Hall County Sheriff's Office spokesman.
Sanders was taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has been called to investigate.
Wilbanks said investigators are treating it as an accident, and it does not appear any charges will be filed.
