White County school bus struck while unloading children

_{CLEVELAND — A White County School bus was struck in the rear while stopped to unload children on Pless Road east of Cleveland Friday afternoon.}

_{“The White County School bus was northbound on Pless Road, stopped to unload children,” according to Cpl. Luke Mize of Georgia State Patrol Post 6 in Gainesville. “Vehicle 1 [the other vehicle] was traveling north and struck the school bus in the rear.”}

_{There were children on the bus at the time of the collision, but no injuries were reported, according to Mize.}

_{White County School Superintendent Dr. Jeff Wilson said the students were checked out by White County Emergency Medical Services personnel, then were taken home.}
