GAINESVILLE — North Hall dominated Towers Wednesday in the first round of the Class AAA girls volleyball tournament.
The Lady Trojans surrendered just 14 points in a three-game sweep (25-5, 25-3, 25-6).
Lily Paschall had 26 assists, 3 aces, and 4 kills and Autumn Tucker had 8 kills, 3 aces, 4 digs for North Hall. Grace Hollifield had 6 kills and 1 block, Savannah Miller had 10 kills, Holly Worden had 7 aces, and Lena Strickland had 13 digs and 2 aces for the Lady Trojans.
Caroline Brady had 2 kills and 5 aces, Maci Gillespie had 2 digs, Molly Martin had 2 kills, and Melissa DeVerter had 1 kill.
North Hall plays at home on Tuesday in the second round against the East Jackson-Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe winner.
