OAKWOOD — The West Hall girls clinched at least a tie for the top seed in the upcoming Region 7-AAAA tournament with a 55-42 victory over Marist Saturday at the West Hall gym.
Avery Prather paced the Lady Spartans (18-5, 6-0 Region 7-AAAA) with 20 points. Megan English and Anna McKendree had 10 points apiece for West Hall.
West Hall next will travel to Chestatee on Tuesday with a chance to win the regular season title outright.
