Hall County Fire Services has promoted four employees to positions in the Administration and Operations Division.
James “Skip” Heflin was promoted to Assistant Chief of Operations, a position that is responsible for all response operations and the training of personnel. Chief Heflin has been employed with Hall County Fire Services for over 25 years and was previously assigned as the Training and Professional Development Chief.
Andy McCullers and Kristopher Boggs were promoted to Brigade Commander, the highest supervisory rank for each shift. Commander McCullers has over 30 years of service and Commander Boggs has over 18 years of service to Hall County. Both of them were promoted from the rank of Battalion Chief.
Bobby Ogletree was promoted to the position of EMS Coordinator, which assures compliance with medical protocols and functions as a liaison to outside agencies regarding Emergency Medical Services. Captain Ogletree has over 30 years in the fire service and was previously assigned as the Compliance Officer in the Business Services Division.
