BUFORD — Tory Ozment scored 23 of her 25 points in the first half to pace the Buford girls to a 74-17 win over Morgan County Tuesday at the Buford gym.
The Class AAAAA No. 1-ranked Lady Wolves (8-0) led 40-4 at halftime against the defending Class AAA state champions.
Tate Walters added 13 points and Jessica Nelson had 12 for Buford.
The Lady Wolves will take a week off before taking on Jonesboro next Tuesday in the first round of the Grayson Ram Classic.
