TOCCOA — Early Thursday morning Habersham County Coroner Kasey McEntire identified the victim of a single-vehicle crash on Georgia 365 as 27-year-old Kendra Brooke Dover of the Hollywood Community in Clarkesville.

Georgia State Patrol Sgt. 1st Class Chad Johnson said Dover's red 2000 Honda Passport was traveling north on Georgia 365 when the crash occurred.
"Just south of Cody Road, the Honda traveled off of the right side of the roadway, struck a guardrail and continued to travel off of the east side of the roadway down an embankment," Johnson said. "The Honda Passport began overturning and then struck several large trees."
The wreck was reported around 2 p.m. Wednesday but is believed to have occurred hours before.
"Sr. Trooper Jason Stephens advised that it was apparent that the crash had occurred sometime earlier on this date," Johnson said.
After verifying information from a motorist who observed significant guardrail damage at the wreck location around 4:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Johnson said Stephens is estimating that the crash crash occurred between midnight and 4:30 a.m.
Dover was pronounced deceased at the scene.
