GAINESVILLE The Northeast Georgia Community Foundation honored Philanthropists of the Year Bob and Wanda Swoszowski at a luncheon on Thursday. Each year, the foundation honors the Philanthropists of the Year and the Woodrow Steward Leadership in Philanthropy award winners as part of their annual Philanthropy Day celebration.
