BROXTON, Ga. (AP) -- A company that manufactures mobile homes is planning to expand in south Georgia.<br />

Gov. Nathan Deal said in a statement Monday that Live Oak Homes is planning to invest $1.4 million to expand in Broxton over the next two years and will create 200 jobs.<br />

Officials say the expansion will initially create about 130 jobs and the plant is expected to employ 200 people by 2016. The new plant is expected to be complete by December 2014.<br />

Officials say Live Oak Homes opened its first plant in Waycross in 2007 and has nearly 90 retailers in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi and the Carolinas.
