West Hall power outage

OAKWOOD - A power outage affected a large part of West Hall this morning.

The outage occurred about 8:15 and affected an unknown number of Jackson Electric Membership Corporation customers.

Reports were coming in about outages in the Oakwood area and as far north and west as Browns Bridge and McEver roads.

By 9:30, power had been restored to a number of places including Lyman Hall and McEver elementary schools, according to Hall County Schools Supt. Will Schofield and the lights were back in some other affected areas.
