DAHLONEGA - Authorities have now confirmed that a wreck that killed two people in Lumpkin County a week ago, including a Hall County teenager, was weather-related.
18-year-old Anna Hope Duncan of Gainesville and 33-year-old Scotty Beck of Dahlonega died when their pickup skidded on icy roads and struck another truck last Friday.
The accident happened on Oak Grove Road near Siloam Church Road..
