A Flowery Branch man remains in the Hall County Jail without bond on multiple counts of child sexual exploitation.
The Hall County Sheriff’s Office said investigators with the Internet Crimes Against Children unit executed a search warrant on the residence of Jason Robert Lukos, 29, on Thursday after receiving cybertips for the crimes from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
During the search, investigators seized a cellphone and electronics belonging to Lukos. An initial investigation on the devices conducted alongside the GBI determined Lukos was allegedly in possession of at least 10 images of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Additional charges are expected once forensic processing of the two devices is completed, according to HCSO.
Lukos was charged with 10 felony counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
