Groundbreaking for new Gainesville industrial park

GAINESVILLE - Groundbreaking was held Friday morning for the first new industrial park in Gainesville in ten years.

Gainesville Business Park will be located on Calvary Church Road... a joint effort involving the chamber, Gainesville-Hall County, Pattillo Construction, and the Gainesville-Hall County Development Authority.

Covering 175 acres, it can accommodate businesses needing from 50,000 to 500,000 square feet of space... with available sites ranging from seven-to-85 acres.
