GAINESVILLE - All that police activity you may have seen in north Hall County early Sunday evening was in response to what turned out to be a suicide.
Emergency personnel were dispatched to Cochran Road around 6 p.m.
A spokesman for the Hall County Sheriff's Office said the Georgia Bureau of Investigation was also called in due to some of the circumstances surrounding the matter until it was determined that no foul play involved.
