Miss Right To Life pageant

GAINESVILLE - The first Miss Right to Life of Georgia Scholarship pageant - a scholarship and benefit event - was held recently in Gainesville.

The goal, according to organizers, was "not only...to raise funds for Georgia Right to Life, but to strive to raise awareness of the importance of the pro-life cause."

Girls from ages 0-22 competed in eight age divisions for the chance to be called the first Miss Right to Life of Georgia. They competed in formal wear, interview and casual wear. They were also given the opportunity to enter optional competitions, such as talent and photogenic. Each division also crowned a princess, who was the young lady who raised the most money in their respective age group and one Miss Right to Life of Georgia Sweetheart, who was the one young lady who raised the most out of the entire pageant for Georgia Right to Life.

The winners of the pageant are listed below:

Baby Miss Right to Life - Paisley Scott Dickey
Tiny Miss Right to Life - Elena Gonzales
Little Miss Right to Life - Victoria Grace Nye
