LAWRENCEVILLE - Dacula dentist Barton Corbin, who also practiced in Gainesville, has entered a guilty plea in the shooting death of his wife, Jennifer.
Corbin agreed to enter the plea to malice murder Friday morning in Gwinnett County Superior Court.
He also has agreed to enter a guilty plea in the 1990 death of his dental-school girlfriend, Dolly Hearn in Augusta's Richmond County.
Jury selection in the death of his wife had been underway for several days.
Gwinnett Superior Court Judge Michael Clark sentenced Corbin to two life sentences, to be served concurrently.
