DAHLONEGA - North Georgia College & State University President David L. Potter, who took office January 1, will be officially installed as the university's 16th president this week.<br>

The ceremony will take place Wednesday during a faculty and staff convocation. <br>

College officials say Dr. Potter chose not to stage a formal inauguration or investiture because of the expense, among other factors. <br>
