The Hall County Animal Shelter will provide half-off adoptions starting Saturday, July 5 and continuing to July 19.
This incentive will be apart of the Bissell Pets Foundation’s “Empty the Shelters” adoption campaign.
“We are extremely grateful for our partnership with the Bissell Pet Foundation,” Hall County Animal Shelter Manager Stephanie Maloch said. “The shelter has received several grants from the Bissell foundation, and it’s just one more way we work to ensure Hall County’s four-legged citizens are a step closer to finding their forever homes.”
The Bissell Pet Foundation works to fulfill its mission of “ending pet homelessness” by partnering with animal shelters nationwide. To this day, the organization has reported that it has positively impacted the lives of approximately one million pets.
During the two week window, the costs of the adoptions will be the following:
-Puppies and small dogs: $42.50
-Large dogs: $12.50
-Senior dogs: free
-Urgent dogs/cats: free
-Cats and Kittens: $12.50
-Senior cats: free
“All of our adoptable pets come spayed or neutered, microchipped and with their first round of vaccinations. It’s an incredible deal that is priceless in finding loving homes for animals that need a second chance,” Maloch said.
The shelter is open for adoptions from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. For more information on the adoptable pets you can visit the animal shelter online.
