GAINESVILLE - The net value of building permits issued in Gainesville and Hall County reached a monthly high for the year in September.
The activity was bolstered by a single $42 million dollar commercial/industrial project.
As for new homes, 15 were okayed in the city and 108 in the county.
That compares with 27 and 116, respectively, in August.
