FLOWERY BRANCH - Plans are in the works for a 456-unit apartment complex in Flowery Branch.<br>

Wilwat Properties of Atlanta says Tree Park Apartments will be located at Thurmond Tanner Parkway and Cantrell Road.<br>

Thirty-one buildings are planned on the 38-acre site.<br>
<br>
The proposal is being reviewed by the Georgia Mountains Regional Development Center and still must be voted on by the Flowery Branch City Council.
