BOSTON - Ashley Bell of Gainesville, a delegate to the Democratic National Convention, is scheduled to speak to the assemblage Wednesday night.
Bell is scheduled to take the podium at 7:00.
Bell, the president of College Democrats of America, will be among those speakers who'll address the convention shortly before Elizabeth Edwards speaks.
Edwards will introduce her husband, John, the presumptive vice-presidential nominee.
Bell is one of at least five delegates or alternates from northeast Georgia attending the convention.
The others are Linda Pryor of Dahlonega and Jan and Linda Benschop and Clayton Adams, all of Blarsville.
