300-lot subdivision planned in East Hall

GAINESVILLE - The Hall County Planning Commission is being asked to approve a 300-lot subdivision in the East Hall area.

The development is planned on a 347-acre tract on Gillsville Highway near Joe Parker Road.

Planners are scheduled to consider a rezoning request for the property when they meet September 3.

Ashbrook Partners, LLC is asking that the land be rezoned from AR-IV and AR-V to R-I for the development of a single-family home subdivision.
