Michaels Stores' financial chief to leave company in fall

IRVING, Texas - Michaels Stores Inc. said Monday that its chief financial officer, Bryan DeCordova, will leave the company in the fall. <br>

The arts-and-crafts retailer said it is launching a nationwide search for a new chief financial officer, which it expects to complete before DeCordova's departure. <br>
<br>
Michaels Stores, Irving, Texas, owns and operates 713 Michaels stores in 48 states and Canada, 142 Aaron Brothers stores on the West Coast, and one wholesale operation in Dallas, Texas. The company has annual revenue of $2.53 billion. <br>
