In February, Allen Shaklan resigned as general manager of the CBS affiliate. The station also halted its ``Clear News'' marketing promotion. <br>

Schwartz, whose husband, Sandy, is general manager of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, said she has made no decision about making any changes at WGCL.
