Springs Industries completes purchase of Beaulieu rug divisions

FORT MILL, SOUTH CAROLINA - Springs Industries Incorporated has completed the purchase of the rug divisions of Beaulieu of America, LLC. <br>

The purchase includes plants that employ about 500 workers in Dalton, Georgia, and 150 workers in Stratford, Ontario, Canada. <br>
<br>
Springs also obtains a license to use the Beaulieu and Peerless brand names on other home furnishings products. <br>
<br>
Terms of the purchase, announced last month, were not disclosed.
