GAINESVILLE, Ga.- Gainesville based Gainco, Inc. introduces new turkey breast lobe classifying equipment.

Designed specifically for turkey breast sizing, this equipment delivers faster, more accurate sizing performance, and can classify up to 65 turkey breast portions per minute at a tolerance level of plus or minus 5.0 grams.

Completely designed and built in the USA, Gainco turkey breast lobe classifiers contain a variety of productivity-boosting features. Programmable controls allow for batching by count and weight, and minimize the incidence of product giveaway.

A highly durable weigh deck, enhanced speed and accuracy, and the delivery of information that's easier to see and to share are other productivity-enhancing features of the new equipment.

Interchangeable infeed systems make it easy to adapt to the size of product being processed. On the outfeed section, specially designed take-off arms and collection bins dramatically reduce the likelihood for product to be damaged during discharge.

An optional integrated trim-down station with built-in scale for reclassifying product is also available, further adding to the equipment's value enhancing capabilities.

The incorporation of industry-leading Intralox(R) plastic conveyor belting into the design of Gainco turkey breast lobe classifiers provides added durability at the weigh deck, and improves sanitation. Easy disassembly also facilitates sanitation control.

All Gainco turkey breast lobe classifying systems feature a display monitor that allows the viewing of all drops at one time. The larger display screen is also more user-friendly. The system is designed for either local or remote PC interface, using the robust Windows(R) NT platform.
