A Georgia Representative's granddaughters are safe after being involved in the recent flash floods that devastated Kerr County in Texas.
Buddy Carter's granddaughters were attending Camp Mystic, an all-girls youth Christian camp that received the worst of the flooding. 20 campers were unaccounted for after the floods, with emergency units searching.
"Please join me in prayers for Texas. We must ensure that they have the resources they need to find those still missing and save lives," Carter said.
The Kerr floods came after the area received four months of rain in just a few hours.
The latest report say almost 60 people have died so far, and dozens more are missing.
