A Buford man was arrested at his home on Saturday night on charges of aggravated sodomy of a minor and providing alcohol to a minor.
The incident is still under investigation by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) but resulted from a call at approximately 8:15 p.m. to the home of Jorge Lopez, 27, in the 5100 block of Persimmon Chase.
According to a statement from the HCSO, Lopez was taken into custody for “committ[ing] aggravated sodomy against the 17-year-old...and provid[ing] alcoholic beverages to two 18-year-old women.”
Lopez was transported to the Hall County Jail where he remains and was being held without bond on Tuesday morning.
