COAL MOUNTAIN, Ga. — Johnson remained unbeaten after taking a slim 2-1 win over North Forsyth on the road on Tuesday.
The Lady Knights got a Lady raiders' own goal to hold a 1-0 lead by halftime. Johnson made it 2-0 in the second half when Angelique Zelaya scored off a defender deflection.
North Forsyth put some late pressure on the Lady Knights getting a goal in the final five minutes off a free kick but they could not get the equalizer.
Johnson is off until next Tuesday, playing host Cherokee Bluff at The Dungeon.
