GAINESVILLE, Ga. — East Forsyth has hired Olivia Sudduth to lead the girls' soccer program.
EaFo athletics director Matt Hollis announced the hiring Wednesday morning.
"Coach Sudduth has demonstrated strong leadership and a passion for developing student-athletes, and she now brings that same energy and commitment to guiding the program forward," Hollis said. "We are excited to have Coach Sudduth guiding our ladies' program and look forward to the 2026 season."
Sudduth came to East Forsyth in the fall of 2024 and helped coach both the girls' and boys' soccer programs. She was an assistant for the girls' program, which made school history with a Sweet 16 appearance in the Class 4A playoffs this season.
Before coming to East, she worked in the athletic department at the University of North Georgia.
Sudduth brings a proven track record as both a player and a coach. She was a four-year starter at UNG, highlighted by United Soccer Coaches All-Region honors, First Team All-Conference recognition, and multiple Peach Belt Conference Defender of the Week awards.
Her coaching journey includes roles with UFA Future Academy, the University of Georgia's Bulldog Soccer Camp, East Forsyth boys and girls JV teams, and, most recently, as an assistant coach for the girls' varsity team.
