The City of Gainesville is reminding commuters and residents that a popular secondary road will be blocked for repaving projects for a two day period this week.
Drivers should expect travel delays on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard as paving is underway Monday and Tuesday, February 17-18. Paving will take place between E.E. Butler Parkway and Fair Street for both days.
City officials remind that those traveling in the area are urged to drive carefully, follow all detour signs, and watch for the paving crew, flaggers and equipment during this time.
