A man was arrested in connection to the disappearance of his mother in Banks County.
The Banks County Sheriff’s Office said in a Facebook post Marie Campbell was reported missing on Jan. 6, 2025. Her son, Jason Campbell, 34, was arrested Wednesday and charged with concealing the death of a person.
"This meticulous investigation, which is being conducted by our investigators and forensic unit, is ongoing and more details will be released as they become available," stated Sheriff Carlton Speed.
