They have been pummeling their opposition, averaging 10.1 runs/game (144 total runs) during the win streak while getting enough solid pitching, allowing just 3.16 runs/game on the mound in the playoffs, to put themselves just two wins from a spot in next week's finals.

Holy Innocents’ is the No. 2 seed from Region 6-4A and has caught fire in the playoffs after a mediocre regular season, going 6-1 so far in the postseason. The Golden Bears (21-12) knocked off Troup in three-games in the quarterfinals, getting a 5-0 win in Game 3 to secure the series win. They are averaging 7.71 runs/game in the playoffs and are yielding just 3.42 runs/game on the mound in the 2024 playoffs.

Holy Innocents' is no stranger to road series against a region champion, having also knocked off Region 5-4A champ Lovett in the 2nd round in a two-game sweep on the road.
