GAINESVILLE, Ga. — Lakeview Academy scored four second half goals to complete a big comeback in a 6-2 win over Loganville Christian in Tuesday's regular season finale.
Jalyn Purdy, Addi Graham, Sadie Leek, and Annie Nivens all scored after halftime to break a 2-2 tie. The Lady Lions (10-4) fell behind 2-0 quickly Nivens scored her first goal with a blast into the upper corner. Lakeview tied it up 2-2 when Nivens assisted on an Avery Wood goal before the half.
Purdy, Leek, and Mackay Vinton each had assists.
Lakeview is currently ranked fourth in the GIAA-AAA and will find out on Thursday the final rankings and its bracket in the upcoming state tournament.

Bora Ozcelik scored 3 goals to lead the Lions (-7-1, 6-2 GIAA 4A3A) to finish as the region runner-up.
Bryan Ramsey had one goal and one assist and Mario Fernandez had one goal for Lakeview. William Hake and Frisco Johnson each recorded one assist for the Lions.
Lakeview outshot LCA 20-13 and William Harrison recorded 7 saves in goal for the win.
