The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Mobile Veterans Center will be at Grant Reeves Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7720 in Cornelia next month.
The event will take place on May 11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., according to Habersham County officials.
The Mobile Veterans Center offers confidential help for veterans, service members, and their families at no cost in a non-medical setting.
Services include counseling for needs such as depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and the psychological effects of military sexual trauma.
The event is sponsored by Habersham County and the Grant Reeves Veterans Center and will include an open house with lunch and Veterans Service Organizations available, officials said Monday.
Grant Reeves Veterans Center is located at 174 Cornelia Crossing Shopping Center in Cornelia.
