One person has died and another is injured following a fully involved house fire in Union County Monday.
The Union County Fire Rescue social media page reports that several of their units were called to reports of a house fire with occupants still inside the home in the area of Eagle Bend on Monday.
Upon arrival, crews found the home was 75 percent involved with flames as adjacent property and nearby brush was also in flames.
The exact cause for the fire and the identities of the victims from the blaze have not been released. The fire scene remains under the investigation of the State Fire Marshal's Office.
