16 huskies recued from Talmo-area home

By Caleb Hutchins Assistant News Director

Hall County officials say more than a dozen huskies were rescued from what they called "deplorable conditions" at a home near Talmo this week.

A release Thursday afternoon from the Hall County Government said sheriff's office officials called animal control to the scene around 1:00 a.m. Wednesday at the home on Reece Circle. No other details on the conditions the animals were living in were released.

The case is under investigation and officials said the huskies are not up for adoption.
