Doug Ingram has won the runoff race for the City of Mulberry’s fifth district.
He got 56-percent of the vote to Michele Sims’ 44-percent.
There were 551 total votes, with 242 on election day.
Ingram got 309 of those votes, giving him the final spot on Mulberry’s council after the first four were decided on election day Nov. 5.
