The Gwinnett County Police Department is asking the public for assistance in locating a 26-year-old female from Duluth.

The department's Facebook page indicates that on October 10, the family of Julia Rivers Long contacted their 911 communications center to report her missing. Officials say the family last had contact with Julia on September 18, 2024 via text message.

Julia’s family mentioned she was last known to have been living in a hotel on Day Drive in unincorporated Duluth back in June.  She is described as a white female, five foot six inches tall and about 150 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and a gray sweatshirt. Julia also uses a wheelchair for mobility.

If anyone has seen Julia Rivers, or knows of her location, Gwinnett County Police asks that you contact their office or call Gwinnett's 911 dispatch with details.
