A bridge over the Apalachee River on Patrick Mill Road at the Gwinnett and Barrow County line is set to close late in October as replacement work gets underway.
According to a social media post from Barrow County Government, a portion of Patrick Mill Road is scheduled to close the last week of October and the first week of November and will last about 150 days.
The bridge replacement is a joint project between Gwinnett and Barrow Counties.
A detour plan will be in place during the construction work.
