NoFo Brew Co. named Vendetti's Pizza, Pasta & Grill as its restaurant partner along the Midland Greenway in Gainesville.
"We are very excited that Vendetti's has agreed to open their second location next to NoFo Brew Co Gainesville,” Co-Founder and CEO Joe Garcia with NoFo Brew Co. said. “Their concept, delicious food and like-minded attention to hospitality will make the perfect food partner for our patrons and the Gainesville community."
Cindy and Luis Mendoza opened Vendetti's first restaurant location in Cumming after the Mexican-American family fell in love with Italian cuisine. The couple had been searching for a place to house its second location for about six months when they heard NoFo was looking for a partner, Cindy Mendoza said.
"Hall County is such a tight-knit community and super supportive of local small businesses," she said. "So when we saw that NoFo Brew Co was looking for a restaurant partner in Gainesville, we were ecstatic."
Vendetti's is expected to bring New York-style pizza, classic pasta dishes, salads, sandwiches, wings and more to the Midland Greenway. The Mendozas plan to develop the restaurant's menu further to include specialized dishes unique to Gainesville, they said.
"We are thrilled to have a restaurant partner that shares our passion for the community," Director of Marketing Eliana Barnard with NoFo Brew Co. said. "It's so comforting and the love they put into everything they do is palpable," she said.
Vendetti's will also feature a catering menu for private events at the brewery, which has a brand new, 1,600 square foot event space.
NoFo Brew Co. is expected to open in July with Vendetti's opening following shortly behind.
