An Alto teen was arrested Monday evening after he allegedly fired multiple shots at a home east of Gainesville following a domestic dispute.

According to B.J. Williams, public information officer with the Hall County Sheriff's Office, Zachary Jeff Gee, 19, was charged with four counts of aggravated assault in connection with the incident.

The incident started at about 10 p.m. Monday at the McDonald's restaurant on Jesse Jewell Parkway in Gainesville. Gee had reportedly gotten into an argument with one of the victims "over a young woman," according to Williams. Gee allegedly struck the victim in the head with a handgun during the argument. The victim then drove away, heading to his home on Smallwood Road.

Gee also traveled to the victim's home. Other people inside the home confronted Gee. He then got back in his vehicle, circled the neighborhood, and allegedly fired multiple shots at the home as the car left the area. There were no reported injuries.

Lumpkin County Sheriff's Office deputies later located Gee and the vehicle at a home in Lumpkin County. Lumpkin County authorities arrested Gee and turned him over to Hall County authorities.

Gee was being held in the Hall County Jail without bond as of Wednesday morning.
