Minor injuries were reported following a three-vehicle wreck Monday afternoon on Antioch Church Road in Habersham County.

A gray Toyota Odyssey minivan was reportedly traveling north on Glade Creek Parkway at 12:55 p.m. when the driver, Michael Gilstrap, 44, failed to yield at the road’s intersection with Antioch Church Road. The van traveled in front of a black Toyota Prius heading east on Antioch Church Road.

After impact, the Prius, being driven by Austin Swartz, 28, traveled into the opposite lane and the front of the Prius struck a gray Toyota Highlander. The Highlander was being driven by Miguel Rojas Jimenez, 37.

The minivan then traveled off the roadway into a ditch on the south shoulder of Antioch Church Road.

All parties, including passengers in the Prius and Highlander, sustained possible minor injuries, according to the Georgia State Patrol. No injuries required transportation to the hospital.

Gilstrap has allegedly been charged with Failure to Yield after stopping at a stop sign, according to reports from the GSP.
