OAKWOOD, Ga. — Cole Hulsey scored 20 points, and Andrew Bales had 14 to help the North Hall boys past Johnson, 76-44, on the road Friday.
The Trojans (4-5, 2-1 Region 8-4A North) outpaced Johnson 37-20 in the first half and opened up the lead in the third quarter, 57-32, in the Region 8-4A North win. With the win, the Trojans remain tied for second place in the sub-region standings.
Jaiden Riley led the Knights (0-11, 0-3 Region 8-4A North) with 10 points. Braydon Black added nine points -- all from the 3-point line.
Matt Ray and Mason McGill added eight points each for the Trojans.

JEFFERSON 66,
WINDER-BARROW 62
Clay Owen and Jaden Butts scored 16 points each to lead the Dragons (8-2, 2-0 Region 8-5A) past No. 7-ranked Winder-Barrow at home on Friday.
Tra Harrison added 11 points, six assists and 11 rebounds, and Drew Williamson chipped in 13 and five rebounds.
With the win, the Dragons lifted themselves to first place in the standings.
LAKEVIEW ACADEMY 72,
OGLETHORPE COUNTY 57
Mekhi Barber scored 17 Points, and Justyce Sadler had 13 to lead the Lions (6-1) over Oglethorpe County on Friday at home.
Barber and Sadler were two of four players in double-figures for the Lions. Tayden Ware and Jr. Thompson added 10 points each. Brock Graham had nine.

RJ Knapp and Brice Rogers scored 18 points each in the win over Franklin County on Friday at home.
Jacob Lee and Adam Thomas added nine points each.

It was a back-and-forth battle until East Forsyth (3-7, 2-1 Region 8-4A North) took control, behind Britian West's 11-point fourth-quarter performance to pull away in the win over Chestatee (3-7, 1-2 Region 8-4A North) at home on Friday.
Chestatee led 24-21 after the first quarter. Josh Bull scored 10 of his 23 points in the opening period, but the Broncos rallied to a 44-41 lead by the half. Tyler Lesch's 14 second-quarter points, including 12 from behind the 3-point line, spearheaded the 24-point quarter.
In the third quarter, the two foes traded baskets, with the Broncos holding onto the slim 3-point lead, 64-61, at the end. In the fourth, the Broncos outpaced the War Eagles 28-16 to get the win.
Lesch led the Broncos with 19 points, and Andrew Frank had 12. Colton Wilbanks scored a game-high 31 points, and Ethan Dunn added 14.
GILMER 73,
WHITE COUNTY 69
The Warriors gave Gilmer all they had on Friday in the loss on the road.
White County jumped out to a 25-15 lead in the first quarter and held onto a 37-36 lead at the half. They extended the lead to 57-51 by the end of the third period, but the Bobcats rallied in the fourth quarter, outscoring the Warriors 22-12, to get the win.
David Boman led the Warriors with 22 points, and Braxton Anderson had 11. Jackson Mcvey led the Bobcats with a game-high 34 points.
FLOWERY BRANCH 55,
FORSYTH CENTRAL 26
The Falcons were in control from the tip, outscoring Forsyth Central, 32-14, in the first half and led by 19 points at the end of the third, 43-24.
Jeremiah Ware scored 20 points, and Landon Mealor had 14.
