Law enforcement in the Gainesville area are searching for a disabled man, missing for nearly a week.

A Mattie's Call is active for 62-year-old Rex Jones Williams, who Gainesville Police and Georgia State Patrol say was last seen at 53 Regent Park in Hoschton on Monday, November 27.

Williams is a white male, listed at 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds with short, black hair and brown eyes.

Williams was traveling on foot with a walker for mobility and was last seen wearing a heavy blue jacket, gray pants with white shoes and a Champion logo ball cap.

Anyone with further leads is asked to contact Gainesville Police at (770) 534-5251.
